Corvette Accelerate Yellow Necklace

For years we've been asked if we carried any Corvette Jewelry. Much to everyone's disappointment, we were never able to work with Corvette material since it isn't metal. However, we've discovered a way to produce jewelry made from new Corvettes in exciting new colors, like our necklace made from a 2022 Corvette C8 in Accelerate Yellow.

The Corvette panels are hybrid-composite and consist of three layers of glass fiber preform. This isn't the most enjoyable material to work with, but we persisted!

After grinding away most of the layers, we saved the topmost layer and thus were able to preserve the original factory paint. We clear-coated the front and backside of the 14 mm disc and placed it into a decorative floral sterling silver bezel setting.

Taking car metal and turning it into beautiful jewelry is no easy task. Our artists spend a lot of time ensuring that each CRASH item meets our high standards for quality and design.
