We are thrilled to offer a limited edition uni-sex cuff in honor of Lyn St. James, an iconic trailblazer in the racing world. Lyn is this year's honoree at the 2021 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, and we wanted to create a cuff that celebrated her many accomplishments.

We chose metal from two Ford Mustangs, a 2018 GT in Shadow Black, and a 2020 Mustang Shelby GT 500 painted Race Red. Our design features a speedometer with four numbers that are significant to Lyn's career:

#90 - the Car Number honoring sponsor JC Penny's 90th anniversary in 1992

204 - the Ford Probe Closed Course Speed Record in 1985

212 - the Ford Thunderbird Closed Course Speed Record in 1988

225 - the Ford Cosworth Lola Qualifying Indy 500 in 1995

On either end of the speedometer design are Lyn's checkered flag logo and the phrase 'Go for it!'

Utilizing laser technology we are able to burn through the original factory paint and reveal the shiny metal underneath. In this way, precise details emerge by contrasting the Mustang's paint with the silver-gray steel and aluminum. CRASH is the only source for this innovative jewelry -- it is truly original.

All CRASH jewelry is one-of-a-kind and handmade in our studio based in a body shop in Los Angeles. Your order will arrive in custom CRASH packaging with a card signed by Lyn St. James, and a jewelry registration car.

There are only 90 cuffs, so your cuff will be given a number within the series, e.g., 5/90. 1 inch wide.

The profits from your purchase will be dedicated to the Women in the Winner’s Circle Contingency Program, a merit-based points system for women racing in professional racing series in the United States. Developed by Lyn St James to support, reward, and celebrate women

How do I know what size Cuff to order?

Use a soft tape measure and wrap it tightly around your wrist above the bone. Note the measurement in inches and subtract 1/2" for the opening gap. For example, if your wrist measures 7" in circumference then you would order a 6.5". Please refer to our size chart and use our drop-down menu to select size.
If this is a gift please send us an email and we'll help you figure it out.

For an instructional video on how to measure for a cuff go here.

It's a gift. I don't know their size.

If you are ordering a cuff as a gift and do not know the recipient's wrist size, we suggest that you stealthily locate their watch (assuming they wear a watch.)
Example:  We measured by pressing the entire watch down so it was flat. Then we marked where they fastened their watch (3rd hole from the end). Finally, we measured from just above the buckle to the 3rd hole which is approximately 7".

How do I put on a Cuff?

1. Turn your arm up and find a soft point on your inner forearm right above your wrist. (This is also referred to as the flat part of your upper wrist.)
2. Position the cuff in a 'C' shape and press into the soft spot on your forearm.
3. Press gently into the soft spot and roll your arm right into the opening of the cuff.
4. Slide the cuff down to the bottom of the wrist.
You can adjust the tightness of the cuff by gently squeezing it snug.
Most importantly: Do not force the cuff open as rivets may 'pop'.
5. To remove: slide cuff up to the flat part (soft spot) of your inner forearm and reverse the process.
Here is a video (not mine) that does a great job of explaining the technique.
