Mercedes Octopus Cuff

* WE ARE OUT OF THE BLUE G550 METAL AND ARE NOW USING METAL FROM A MERCEDES SL450 IN BRIGHT BLUE.

We’re currently captivated by octopuses — mysterious, intelligent, and endlessly graceful — so it was only natural to merge that fascination with our love of luxury automobiles.

This sculptural cuff is crafted from the rear door panel of a Mercedes-Benz G550 in Designo Mystic Blue, a deep, luminous shade that echoes the richness of the ocean. (We are now using metal from a Mercedes SL450 in Bright Blue). After cutting the aluminum into a 2" wide cuff, we meticulously sanded, polished, and shaped the piece to preserve its original factory finish.

Atop the cuff rests a beautifully detailed stamped brass octopus in an antique silver finish. Rather than lying flush, the octopus appears to rise from the surface — its arms curling and stretching, giving the impression of a sculptural frieze emerging from the sea.

The cuff’s interior features the engraved name of the car from which it was sourced and our custom CRASH VIN. All CRASH jewelry is one-of-a-kind and handmade in our studio, located in a body shop in Los Angeles. Your order will arrive in custom CRASH packaging with a Registration Card.

The octopus is 2 1/2 " x 2 1/2" and has an antique silver finish over brass. The cuff is 2" wide.
