CRASH celebrates Earth Day!

CRASH celebrates Earth Day!

Did you know that car metal disposed of in a landfill can take over 60 years to decompose? The good news is, in today’s world, many car parts are recycled to make new cars and other steel products. Every year, the steel industry recycles more than 14 million tons of steel from end-of-life vehicles. Here at CRASH, we are proud to be part of the worldwide effort to recycle vehicles and to celebrate Earth Day by sharing with you how we contribute.

We make all of our jewelry out of a Los Angeles luxury body shop that repairs cars like Tesla, Maserati, Bentley, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, you name it! When these cars get in minor accidents, parts such as bumpers, fenders, and hoods are replaced if they are damaged. Normally, the damaged part would end up in a landfill or junkyard. But instead, it gets a second life as beautiful jewelry. Every single one of our products is made from this luxury car metal.

In honor of Earth Day we are doing a special offer on our stud earrings. We recently launched them and they are quickly becoming bestsellers. Choose studs made from Bentley, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Porsche in an array of beautiful colors. They are normally $39 but for Earth Day (April 22nd) we will be offering 22% off. Buy them here.

When you shop CRASH you can rest assured that you are buying sustainable, ethical, and eco-friendly jewelry. Who doesn’t love helping the earth while looking fabulous? Check out our website to see all of our great cuffs, earrings, bangles, necklaces and cuff links.

 Happy Earth Day from CRASH!
